The Spot Experience began with founder and CEO, Mitch Marrow. Formerly, a professional NFL player and hedge funder, Mitch has always been a passionate dog lover. Because of Mitch’s frequent corporate travel schedule, he would frequently need to board his 220 lb St. Bernard and 165 lb Bullmastiff, which was his first introduction to the void of quality dog care in NYC. Mitch envisioned a new standard of care in the industry, which was the creation of The Spot Experience.

The Spot Experience is the first luxury experience of its kind for your dog. We offer the finest facilities, most experienced and certified staff, as well as innovative methods to provide your pup with a quality, positive, safe environment.

Our services include day care, overnights, long-term country boarding, grooming, training, transportation, as well as retail. Spot is pleased to have recently opened our second Upper West Side location at 72nd Street and Columbus, which includes the largest on-site outdoor dog park in the City!
